Key Personnel:

Rob Berry – Lead Installer

• Serves as the lead installer with more than 27 years of experience installing all types of window treatments
• Monitors all in-home appointments and oversees all projects until completion
• Has a natural talent for project planning and technical installations

In his spare time, Rob enjoys watching the Miami Dolphins, time with his family and his German Short Haired Pointer.

Terri Berry – Accounting

• Masters Degree from the University of Central Florida in Accounting
• Background in construction and retail customer service

Terri joined The Blind and Shutter Company and takes pride in the business. She enjoys time with her family, her long haired Chihuahua (Knightro) and vacations in the Smoky Mountains.

Nancy Stark – Lead Design Consultant

• More than 30 years of window treatment design experience
• Specializes in shutters, top treatment fabrics and design

Nancy is a natural and very talented artist. She designs and creates handmade custom windchimes.  Nancy enjoys being with her family and loves her two Pugs.

Robert – Office Director

• Background in customer service
• Has been with The Blind and Shutter Company since day one

Robert enjoys raising his two rescued cats.
